Our Story
Caribbean Flavas is a casual dining restaurant, which has been influenced by many different cultures & cuisines-with many generations of recipes handed down. This project began as part of the UNB MBA entrepreneurship & BBA requirements based on the ideas of Naz & his sisters, Aziza & Azana.
Since 2004, Caribbean Flavas has offered an exciting fusion style cooking in a tropical decor with Caribbean music filled with warm family style personalities love & passion.

How much notice do you need to book my catering?
We appreciate 48 hr notice for all orders.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that there are acts of God, family emergencies etc. Not to worry-cancellations must be called in & confirmed by e-mail 48hrs before
Can You Make Accommodations For Special Diets?
Absolutely! We offer vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, etc
What if I'm on a restricted budget?
We can customize our menus to fit any budget. Please call us with your budget restrictions
Is Delivery Available?
Yes. We deliver to in and around Fredericton, NB.
Am I limited to selections that are on the current menu?
Our menu is a guideline based upon our most popular food items. Fredericton Catering prides itself on letting you, the customer “customize” your own menu. If you would like to serve something that is not on our current menu, please call

Excellent Food for 350 ppl
Caribbean Flavas catered a party for 350 diverse guests. The food was plentiful and fantastic! Everything was hot & delicious with a variety available. Nobody left hungry :) I would highly recommend both the restaurant & their catering services!
